PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective liquid crystal display device, a semitransmissive liquid crystal display device and a reflection plate with which more excellent reflection properties can be realized and which are manufactured with high yields. SOLUTION: In respective pixels 3, 4, 5 of a reflective liquid crystal display element 300 of the reflective liquid crystal display device, boundary lines 8a, 8b, 8c between projecting and recessing layers 6 and a flat part 7 respectively form closed curves. Furthermore, changes of gradients of respective tangents of the respective boundary lines 8a, 8b, 8c from increase to decrease or from decrease to increase occur twice or more in going around the respective boundary lines 8a, 8b, 8c. |
