PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cup for a microwave oven generating no scorching on an edge surface of a container even if it is heated in the microwave oven, showing excellent thermal insulation and bringing about no cost up. SOLUTION: The paper cup comprises a body portion (11) and a bottom portion (12) and has a mouth margin portion (13) made by outwardly curling the circumferential margin of the mouth portion wherein the lower edge of the body portion is inwardly bent to form a bottom receiving portion (14) extending in the central direction and the upper surface of the bottom receiving portion and the lower surface of the bottom plate are bonded to each other to form a bottom portion (12) in such a manner that the bottom receiving portion (14) receives a bottom paper inserted in the downward body portion. |
