PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electronic part by which small characters and sings can be marked and an apparatus for manufacturing the electronic part. SOLUTION: A process is provided in which an ink 2 with an adjusted viscosity is discharged from an orifice 7 of an ink-jet head 5 and is applied on an article to be printed, and the applied ink 2 is partly or wholly cured before the ink 2 is started to run. The curing means is e.g. photo-irradiation when the ink 2 is photo-curable. In addition, the viscosity adjusting means is e.g. heating of the ink 2 by means of a heating element.
