PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly display targeted information of a user from hierarchized information. SOLUTION: This information display device is provided with: a display means capable of displaying first information belonging to a first tier and second information belonging to a second tier; and an operation means capable of executing a first scroll operation for scrolling the display means with the first information belonging to the first tier displayed, a second scroll operation for scrolling the display means with the second information belonging to the second tier displayed, and a tier switchover operation for switching over the first information belonging to the first tier to the second operation belonging to the second tier and vice versa to display them. The device is characterized in that the first scroll operation, the second scroll operation and the tier switchover operation are of the same kind.
