PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot running control system accurately and seamlessly controllable everywhere from above ground to under ground, or/and in a building, etc. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a GPS receiver and a GPS antenna in a robot to directly receive the GPS signals transmitted from several GPS satellites and calculates the position information of the robot. In addition, GPS re-radiators are distributed under ground or/and on the ceiling or upper portion of the building to receive the GPS signals transmitted from the GPS re-radiators, or, a pseudo light GPS is arranged under ground or/and on the ceiling or upper portion of the building to receive the simulated GPS signals transmitted from the pseudo light GPS, and the robot position information is calculated. Then the robot itself processes the position information and determines the running route, or the position information is sent to a guide device to determine the running route with a guide device, to instruct the robot.
