PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas muffler capable of reducing the number of exhaust gas mufflers having less frequency used, miniaturizing a building storing various machine facilities, and reducing building cost. SOLUTION: Primary exhaust gas mufflers 15-1, 15-2 and secondary exhaust gas mufflers 17-1, 17-2 are connected with a first engine 10 and a second engine 11 is series, respectively, to allow a tertiary exhaust gas muffler 19 to be used by two engines 10, 11 as one unit in common.
