PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic having good stability with time and having refreshing feeling, splashing feeling and good slip and spread, reduced in tackiness after using and having excellent feeling to users when applied to the skin. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic comprises (A) a siloxane compound having a specific structure, (B) an oil solution and (C) a water phase component in an amount of >=85 wt.% based on total amount.
