PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel frame anchoring structure for steel framed reinforced concrete structure in which a sufficient adhesion can be expected with an easy construction work in the fixing of a steel frame used as reinforcing material in a steel encased reinforced concrete structure by beams or footing. SOLUTION: In this structure for fixing the steel frame 11 having a number of projections 14 formed at least partially on the surface by the beam 12 or footing in the steel framed reinforced concrete structure comprising the steel 11, a cylindrical body 13 is arranged to surround the steel located in the beam 12 or footing, mortar or concrete 18 is filled in the cylindrical body 13, and a number of projections 17 are formed on the inner surface and outer surface of the cylindrical body 13.
