PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift truck assembly device in which the re-painting is unnecessary by safely and efficiently inverting a frame and a lift. SOLUTION: In the lift truck assembly device in which parts are fitted to the frame 3 and the lift 2 for a truck body from the lower side, and the frame 3 and the lift 2 are connected to each other via a link and a lift cylinder, a frame inverting machine 30 to invert the frame 3 and a lift inverting machine 31 to invert the lift 2 are provided, and a carriage 32 having a platform 32a with a height adjusting mechanism to carry the lift 2 is disposed between the inverting machines 30 and 31.
