PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device capable of adjusting a lock-back position case by case so as to correspond to variations and other external factors for every vehicle equipped with the wiper device when mounting the wiper. SOLUTION: According to the invention, the vehicular wiper device 10, 20, 35, 50 is composed of a head 11, 21, 36, 51 and a retainer 13, 23, 38, 53 attached to the head via a shaft 12, 22, 37, 52 so as to be pivoted up to the lock-back position. Furthermore, the device has a position adjustment means 14, 27, 39, 56 including an impact wall portion brought into contact with a rear wall portion of the retainer. This position adjustment means can adjust a lock-back angle of the retainer freely by bringing the rear wall portion of the retainer into contact with the position adjustment means within the predetermined angle when operating the retainer to move to the lock-back position. Thus, by adjusting a mounting position of the position adjustment means, the lock-back angle can be limited freely.
