PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a gap between a curtain rail and a roof lining without extremely protruding the curtain rail into a cabin. SOLUTION: This roof structure is provided with a front part lining 14 molded corresponding to an inner surface form of a front half part of a roof panel 12, a rear part lining 16 is molded corresponding to an inner surface form of a rear half part of the roof panel, a roof member 17 axially mounted on an inner surface of the roof panel at a boundary between the front part lining 14 and the rear part lining 16 in a car width direction, and the curtain rail 11 fixed to the roof member from the inside of the cabin. A plurality of first protrusion 14a are formed at an interval on a rear end of the front part lining. A plurality of second protrusions 16a are formed at an interval on a front end of the rear part lining. The first protrusions 14a and the second protrusions 16a are formed to be alternately adjacent to each other, and the curtain rail holds the first protrusions 14a and the second protrusions 16a with the roof member.
