REPAIR PROCESS OF CONCRETE CULVERT BY USING CORRUGATED STEEL SHEET AND STRUCTURE FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for repairing concrete culvert formed for tunnel to enhance load-resistant intensity by forming corrugated structure inside existing concrete culvert and filling concrete between the culvert and the corrugated structure. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of constructing corrugated steel sheet structure(120) inside an existing concrete culvert(100) for tunnel in a form corresponding to the culvert; and filling and curing concrete between the structure(120) and the culvert(100). The repairing structure formed with the corrugated sheet is prepared by arranging a number of the sheets matching to the culvert(100) within the culvert(100); then filling the concrete(130) between the structure(120) and the culvert(100) then curing it.
