<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant halogen-free resin composition having high flame retardancy and good smoking-suppressive effect, having good adhesive property to a base film, and containing a non-halogen-based flame retardant in homogeneous dispersion, and also suitable as a label mainly for molding compounds, and to provide a flame-retardant laminate obtained by coating or laminating the above resin composition. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition comprises at least one flame retardant selected from guanidine sulfamate, guanidine phosphate and guanylurea phosphate and an organic resin (X); wherein the organic resin (X) comprises an ionic group-containing polyester resin and/or modified polyester resin (A).</p> |
