SOLUTION: Only in inspection, the control program for inspection input to a terminal T10 according to a write mode switching signal to a microcomputer 3 is written in an internal memory 3a, and according to an inspection mode switching signal, the control program for inspection written in the internal memory 3a according to the inspection mode switching signal is executed. After the end of inspection, the control program for inspection written in the internal memory 3a is erased according to an erase mode switching signal. |
