<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp light distribution control system capable of being applied also to a vehicle type in which an origin zone is largely displaced from the center position of an origin slit. SOLUTION: This system comprises an integrating means for providing an integrated traveling distance by adding up a traveling distance while a photo detection means 32 resides at a position for detecting slits 34 for each slit 34 in a correction zone including an origin slit 35, a traveling distance accumulation means in which a vehicle speed sensor detects a vehicle speed of a specified level or higher and which adds up the traveling distance while the photo detection means 32 is positioned in a correction zone, and a reference slit change means which, when the traveling distance accumulated by the traveling distance accumulation means reaches a specified distance, the slit for maximizing the cumulative traveling distance for each slit is compared with the slit 34 regarded as the reference slit at that point of time, and changes the slit 34 for which the cumulative traveling distance for each slit when an angle formed by both slits is a specified angle or less to the reference slit.</p> |
