<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp light distribution control system capable of surely detecting the origin position of a steering wheel and capable of properly controlling the light distribution of a head lamp. SOLUTION: This head lamp light distribution control system comprises a rotating plate interlocked with the steering of a steering wheel, a photo interrupter 36 for detecting the rotating body when the rotating body is positioned at the origin position thereof and outputting a first detection signal and photo interrupters 33 and 43 for detecting the rotating direction and rotating angle of a rotating body plate and outputting a second detection signal, and the steering angle of the steering wheel is provided by the photo interrupters 33 and 43. A code corresponding to the rotating direction and rotating speed of the rotating body is added, based on the second detection signal, to the first detection signal each time the photo interrupter 36 outputs the first detection signal, the times of the output intervals of the first detection signal are added up for each code, and the first detection signal of the code for which the integrated time added up first exceeds a specified time is judged to detect the origin position of the steering wheel.</p> |
