<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device that is improved in yield and life reliability by preventing elements from being broken down even when a static electricity is generated in a COG mounting process. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the liquid crystal display device having switching elements formed of thin film transistors arranged in matrix on an insulating substrate, and a 1st power supply line and a 2nd power supply line arranged outside of a display area, and 1st diodes and 2nd diodes are connected with signal wiring for connecting between output terminals of a driving IC and a driving circuit integrally formed with the switching elements; the 1st diodes are arranged between the 1st power supply line and the signal wiring and connected so as to be reverse-biased; and the 2nd diodes are arranged between the 2nd power supply line and the signal wiring and connected so as to be reverse-biased.</p> |
