PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a stable liquid transportation by sucking an easily vaporized liquid with no fear of being vaporized even under a high temperature atmosphere. SOLUTION: A driving shaft 1 of a swash plate 2 is rotated at a lower speed than that of a driving shaft 21 by a speed-reduction transmission mechanism 24 and is made movable reciprocatingly by a cam member 22 provided on the driving shaft 21. By varying a gap between the swash plate 2 and a cylinder block 4 in relevant to a rotation angle of the swash plate 2 by the cam member 22, a range of rotation angle at a suction stroke is made larger than a half rotation and a suction action speed of a plunger 6 is reduced. Thereby, vaporization of the liquid caused by a rapid reduction of pressure in a cylinder chamber 5 is prevented.
