PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be easily taken out one by one with an opening edge part in an open condition when the packaging bag is taken out, and a housing container therefor. SOLUTION: A plurality of packaging bags 2 overlap so that the opening edge parts 1 are located on the same side, and a part of the opening edge parts 1 of the adjacent packaging bags 2 are connected to each other. The housing container 4 of the packaging bag houses a plurality of packaging bags 2, and has an outlet 5 of the packaging bags 2 so that the packaging bags 2 can be continuously taken out.
