PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having high rigidity and sufficient surface hardness. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by filling a thermoplastic resin (an olefinic polymer such as a polyethylene and a polypropylene) with aluminum hydroxide (the one having a crystal structure of boehmite or pseudoboehmite, the amorphous one or the like) having 30-500 m<2> /g specific surface area by a BET method, <=20μm maximum diameter, and >=0.3 cm<3> /g volume of pores having 50-1000 nm pore radius measured by a mercury press-in method.
