PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ejection while drain regulations are cleared by using ozone instead of an inert agent accompanying the corrosion of an apparatus and waste treatment and inactivating condensed waste liquid or the like. SOLUTION: A treatment container 33 is provided at the downstream of a condensed liquid discharge channel 32 for discharging condensed waste liquid that is the waste liquid of reaction liquid between a sample and a reagent, and a first plain waste liquid discharge channel 42 for discharging first plain waste liquid that is the waste liquid of washing liquid containing a reagent and a detergent to temporarily store the condensed waste liquid and the first plain waste liquid. Air containing ozone that is generated by an ozone generator 35 is sprayed into the treatment container 33 for fixed time by an air pump 34, thus making inactive the condensed waste liquid and the first plain waste liquid and then discharging them to the outside of the apparatus.
