PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent local boiling in a heating pipe by uniformly heating the heating pipe. SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of heating pipes 5, communicated with a water passage for heating, are equipped in parallel in the same plurality of fins 4, provided in the direction of up-and-down while a fin configuration wherein the hole bored part of inserting part of the heating pipe 5 at the lower stage of the pipes through the fins 4 are provided with semi-circular notches 8 at about 45 deg. obliquely downward is formed.
