PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that start/stop of a motor becomes significantly inefficient at the time of imaging on a plurality of copies of sheet materials based on the same image data, and since it is meaningless to analyze image data again in second and subsequently imaging when the imaging start position on the sheet material is fixed for first copy and second and subsequent copies, the analyzing time is quite useless and thereby inefficient operation of motor is forced. SOLUTION: An imaging control means 60 calculates the imaging start position on a sheet material and a moving amount of the sheet material for bringing it from a state where the forward end part thereof is located on a resist roller 130 into a state where the imaging start position on the sheet material reaches a head 50 is determined. The sheet material is moved based on the moving amount thus determined for second and subsequent copies. |
