PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoreceptor which does not bring about the insufficiency of sensitivity and the generation of an image memory when a small-diameter cylindrical photoreceptor performing an image process of >=3 revolutions is applied to a copying machine and printer in subjecting one sheet of recording paper to image formation and to provide an image forming method which does not bring about the degradation in the sensitivity and the generation of the image memory in repetitive use of the copying machine and the printer and an image forming device. SOLUTION: This organic photoreceptor is an organic photoreceptor used in the image forming method of forming the images for one sheet on the recording paper by forming the toner images at a speed of 0.5 revolution/second on the organic photoreceptor having a charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer on a cylindrical conductive base and successively transferring the toner images continuously including the third rotation from the organic photoreceptor, in which the organic photoreceptor contains an electron receptive substance.
