摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a disengagement-side friction element in a downshift followed by reengagement of friction elements. SOLUTION: In the downshift followed by disengagement of the friction element and engagement of the other friction element, a control unit 300 shifts the disengagement-side friction element to a slip state such that turbine rotation increases, increases engagement force of the disengagement-side friction element such that the increase of the turbine rotation is suppressed until a supply oil pressure to the engagement-side friction element becomes larger than a prescribed value after the turbine rotation becomes larger than a prescribed value, shifts the disengagement-side friction element to a disengagement state, and learns and corrects the supply oil pressure to the engagement-side friction element such that a period during which the engagement force of the disengagement-side friction element is increased approaches a prescribed target value.
