PAPER SHEETS FOLDING DEVICE AND POST-TREATMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost paper sheets folding device capable of restricting the generation of folding displacement due to inclination of the paper sheets in a progress direction without hindering the speed-up thereof, and to provide a post-treatment device. SOLUTION: This paper sheets folding device has a paper sheets carrying means for carrying the paper sheets formed with images and a stop member provided in a carrying route to abut on the paper sheet carried by the paper sheets carrying means at a tip of the paper sheet and to stop the paper sheet for position adjustment, and forms a folding line by pinching a bent part of the paper sheets formed by the stop member with a pair of rollers formed of two folding rollers. This paper sheets folding device also has a correcting mechanism for detecting a degree of the inclination of the paper sheets carried to the folding rollers in relation to the progress direction of the paper sheets at a tip of the paper sheet to correct the inclination in response to a result of the detection.
