PURPOSE: A cooling dish is provided to solve the problems that a dish itself containing food should be continuously cooled or frozen so that the food is consistently maintained at a low temperature, the wide surface of the dish should be cooled for a short time using the cooling effects of the limited thermal semiconductor, and the dish should be small scaled and hygienic so that it can be simply used at the dining table. CONSTITUTION: The cooling dish comprises a cooling dish plate (1) cohesively formed on the surface of the cooling part of a thermo electric module (4); a dish depth (2) and a cover (7) installed on the upper surface of the plate (1); an insulating wall (3) formed on the lower surface of the plate (1); and a heat sink (5) cohesively formed on the surface of the heating part of the thermo electric module (4), wherein a fan (6) is installed in the heat sink (5), wherein the cooling dish plate (1), the thermo electric module (4) and the heat sink (5) are integrally constructed by a screw (9).
