PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fan with far infrared ray lamp having function of thermo-physical therapeutic instrument, with which a patient can experience the effect of far infrared rays or can apply a poultice naturally while drying the body or hair after usually taking a shower or bath at home or the like without necessity to separately utilize equipment or to periodically go to an institution in order to experience far infrared rays profitable for a human body. SOLUTION: In an ordinary fan composed of a driving motor, a blowing fan, a safety net and a stand or the like, an upper stage part is formed by centrally with a heating means to be operated by connecting an AC power source, which is drawn out of the upper part of the stand, through the inside of a fan lamp protecting net to a far infrared ray lamp positioned in front of the blowing fan. In the lower part, control means such as control means of timer of time control functions are respectively formed for controlling the heating time of the far infrared ray lamp in the upper stage part for the unit of one hour at a maximum to five minutes at a minimum in addition to wind direction/speed control, timer and remote control receiving part.
