PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treating agent for a dust capturing material which can be generally applied to present life materials and can afford a good dust capturing function by performing a post treatment without changing the design of present base materials and to provide a dust capturing material formed by applying the treating agent. SOLUTION: The treating agent for the dust capturing material contains a polyurethane resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -50 to -20 deg.C and the dust capturing material is formed by applying the treating agent to the base material.
