PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaster with a superior cleaning property preventing malfunction of each apparatus and dying out of flames due to blocking of a burner nozzle hole by oil contents produced from a food material during roasting. SOLUTION: An outer casing 2 is installed below a center opening of a table, and an inner casing 3 is installed in the outer casing 2. The inner casing 3 is formed in a bottomed double cylinder shape by providing an inner cylinder having an opening h in a center. A proper amount of water W is stored in a bottom of the inner casing 3 and it is used as a tank part 5. An inverted bowl shaped protruding part 6 is protrudedly provided in a center bottom part 8 of the outer casing 2. An attaching seat 9 for the inverted bowl shaped protruding part 6 is provided above the inverted bowl shaped protruding part 6. The roaster comprises a burner provided with a plurality of flame holes 7 in an upper end part and an upper part side rim and the nozzle hole 10 inserted in a nozzle N in a lower part, a heating body 11 installed above the burner B, and a food material receiving tool 12 laid on an outer circumferential upper part of the inner casing 3. A cover part 13 is provided protruding toward an outer circumference than an upper part of the inverted bowl shaped protruding part 6 of the outer casing.
