PIPERAZINE, PREPARATION PROCEDURES, AND DRUGS CONTAINING THESE COMPOUNDS Herein are depicted new compounds of 1-[1-(hetero) aryl-1- perhydroxyalkylmethyl]-piperazine with antagonist activity of tachykinin receptors, of general formula I, in which R6, R7, A and Z have the meanings indicated in the descriptive memory and drugs containing these compounds. Furthermore, it is described a procedure to for preparing the new compounds and are herein depicted intermediate products of said procedure. |
