PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve equipment for measuring health care data including body fat rate and the like, in view of the fact that while being easy to carry around for convenience, the equipment is still inconvenient when it comes to recording and managing the data measured. SOLUTION: A health care support system, including an adipometer 1 for measuring body fat rate, a cellular phone 2 for connection to the adipometer 1, a liquid crystal screen 22 provided on the cellular phone 2, and a management server 7 for storing and managing the body fat rate measured, supports a user's health care through the following procedure: (1) after measuring body fat rate using the adipometer 1, transmitting the data to the management server 7 via the cellular phone 2; and (2) retrieving the previous data stored in the management server 7 into the cellular phone 2 for display on the liquid crystal screen 22. |
