PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of composite material which enables reduction of production cost. SOLUTION: Copper foils 13 are immersed into a solution prepared by dispersing powdery invar 11 into a volatile solution and are taken out, thereafter, the volatile solution is volatilized and, thereby, the invar 11 is attached to the surface of the copper foils 13. The copper foils 13 are laminated in plural sheets and are subjected to hot rolling and the copper foils 13 which are in contact with each other are pressure-bonded by themselves. In such a manner, the composite material 15 which is made by dispersing the powder of invar 11 into a metallic body 14 comprising a plurality of bonded copper foils 13 is obtained.
