PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a golfer to play around each of holes while being palm and composed by facilitating entries onto a score card and the preparation of a ranking list in a competition. SOLUTION: A play starting device 1 and a score input device 2 are installed in each of holes, the start of play in each of holes is controlled by the play starting device 1, and the score of each of players in each of holes is inputted by the score input device 2 in place of the entry onto the score card. The inputted score is transmitted to a calculation device 7 by radio or by a cable. In the calculation device, the score of each of players is calculated and ranking in the competition is calculated. Then, the results are transmitted to the score input device 2 and a score ranking display device 3 and information is provided to the respective players.
