PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous liquid application nozzle which is capable of evenly applying a viscous liquid such as pizza sauce, remarkably decreasing the amount of the viscous liquid remaining in the inside of the nozzle on completion of the application work without causing careless dripping after finishing the application work, saving vain consumption of the viscous liquid and is easy to be washed. SOLUTION: The viscous liquid application nozzle 1 is connected to one end of a pipeline through which a viscous liquid is sent by pressure using a pump or the like to apply the viscous liquid and comprises an approximately hollow conical nozzle main body 2 having a connection port 3 in the upper end part and a large number of hollow needles 5 for discharge in the down face and an approximately conical core 6 which penetrates a viscous liquid flow path 7 in the vertical direction at the positions corresponding to the respective hollow needles 5 for discharge and is disposed in the nozzle main body 2.
