PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding method which can perform work of multifarious ground surfaces of a single workpiece by one set of work machine. SOLUTION: A disc 100 fixed by a chuck 31 is rotated, and while rotating a grinding wheel 1, a first grinding wheel surface having a prescribed angle is moved in a direction of arrow mark A in a direction in parallel to an external peripheral surface 103 of the disc 100 further from out of the external peripheral surface, the external peripheral surface 103 is ground, successively while maintaining the rotation of the disc 100, a second grinding wheel surface 12 having a prescribed angle is moved in a direction of arrow mark B in a direction in parallel to one end face 101 of the disc 100 further from out of the end face, the end face 101 of the disc 100 is ground.
