PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game hall system for improving the attendance frequency of a member player whose attendance frequency is low by sending an E-mail to enhance the attendance desire. SOLUTION: A member management computer inputs sentences (S1), receives (S2) the establishment of privilege information and the input of control game machine information (S2), and edits guide information based on the sentences and the service information (the privilege information and the control game machine information) (S3). At the same time the computer receives the establishment of extraction information (S4), extracts member players whose attendance frequencies are low (S5), sends E-mails including the guide information to the E-mail addresses of the extracted member players (S6), and stores the sending record (S7). If a member to whom the E-mail is sent attends the game center, his or her attendance number is summed (S8). If the member does not attend the game center, he or she is removed from the E-mail sending list (S9).
