摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing candy enabling novel palate feeling to be created, and to obtain the candy with such novel palate feeling. SOLUTION: The candy is produced by the following procedure: a 1st material (3) prepared by mixing a binder (2) with pulverized baked confectionery (1) and a 2nd material (4) forming the candy are used; the 2nd material is divided into two portions, one (4a) of them is spread flat, on which the 1st material made pasty is put at the center, and both ends of the portion (4a) are joined each other so as to wrap the 1st material followed by extending the portion (4a) in a bar shape to make a core material (5); next, the core material is folded back at both ends (5a and 5b) and both the ends (5a and 5b) and the remaining portion (5c) are superposed on each other followed by extension; the above operation is repeated several times to form a core material (6); subsequently, the other portion (4b) is spread flat, on which the core material (6) is put thereon and rolled in from the end and acclimatized, followed by making a forming, thereby alternately disposing layers (13, 14) differing in palate feeling from each other inside the candy (10) as the final product.
