PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect small fishes gathering near the water front. SOLUTION: In order to efficiently collect small fishes, the diameter of the opening frame of the scooping net is set to 40-100 cm, weights are attached to the net so that the net forms a bag shape promptly in the seawater. A handle is provided on the outside of the net bottom face and the net is connected to the lever at the net frame with several strings. The net is sunk into the seawater, bait is scattered on the sea. When small fishes gather on the net, the net is pulled up from the seawater.
