PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic image of a good quality by making the rotating balance or the like of a medical diagnosing system, which has a rotating section such as an X-ray CT device or an X-ray diagnosing device, easily and accurately adjustable. SOLUTION: A control unit 13 calculates the moving amounts and the moving directions of balance weight units 12, one or a plurality of which are provided for a rotating pedestal 1, based on the torque of a motor 6 which rotate-drives the rotating pedestal 1, and the rotating location of the rotating pedestal 1. Then, the control unit 13 display-controls the moving amounts and the moving directions on a monitor device 14. A person who adjusts this medical diagnosing system performs positional adjustments of respective balance weight units 12 wherein balance weights are provided, based on the moving amounts and the moving directions displayed on the monitor. Thus, the rotating balance or the like of the rotating pedestal 1 can be easily and accurately adjusted, and a photographic image of a good quality can be obtained.
