PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use reactive gas such as ozone, in removing hazardous materials by contacting the reactive gas with ground water. SOLUTION: The ground water is sampled from an ground water zone through a water sampling well 1. This ground water and the reactive gas are passed and mixed through a static mixer 4. The reactive gaseous components are dissolved to a supersaturated state and the treated water containing fine air bubbles of the reactive gas is obtained. This treated water is injected from a water injecting well 2 into the aquifer. A gas-liquid mixture composed of the ground water and the reactive gas is forced to transport by a pressurizing pump 5 into the static mixer 4 and the treated water delivered from the static mixer 4 is injected through a pressure tank 6 into the ground water zone.
