PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid guide post and a rigid guide bush which are slidably fitted to each other and have a sliding part with a fitting clearance on each fitting surface thereof so that the guide bush can be easily fitted on the guide post even when the axis of the guide bush is slightly inclined to the axis of the guide post. SOLUTION: One of the guide post 3 and the guide bush 6 has a tip part with a clearance slightly larger than the fitting clearance with respect to the mating element near a fitting tip, and a recess is provided over the entire circumference between the sliding part and the tip part having the fitting clearance. The distance between the tip part and the sliding part is preferably not less than the predetermined value.
