PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce and provide a highly efficient and innovative centrifuge by solving problems and disadvantages of conventional technology that because a box type sample holding container of a conventional centrifuge to be employed for researches and production of biological engineering and gene engineering is simply made of a plastic, the box type sample holding container is broken, causes damages and makes sufficient operation impossible when the box type sample holding container is installed slantingly or its rotation speed is increased to improve the efficiency of the centrifuge. SOLUTION: While the shape being fitted, a hard adaptor 11 is combined in the rear side of a box type sample holding container 10, that is, in a gap of a rotor 1 of a centrifuge 6, so that the box type sample holding container 10 is prevented from damages and break and separation work is carried out at a high efficiency even if the box type sample holding container 10 is slanted and the container is rotated at an ultra high rotation speed and also the entire shape of the rotor 1 is made to be an upper part-opened hollow conical shape, so that the sample is prevented from spilling.
