PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag filter apparatus in which troubles such as the occurrence of bridge in a hopper part, the firing of dust and the occurrence of low temperature corrosion due to the lowering of an inside ambient temperature. SOLUTION: In the bag filter apparatus in which a filter part 33a for collecting dust in a waste gas is formed inside a casing 31 and the hopper part 33b formed below the filter part 33a to temporarily store the dust collected in the filter part 33a, at least one surface of the side wall surfaces forming the hopper part 33a is constituted of a vertical wall surface 91, a surface opposed to the vertical surface 91 is constituted of an inclined wall surface 92 inclined toward the vertical surface 91, and a waste gas guide part 90 for introducing the waste gas toward the bottom part of the hopper part 33b is provided along the inside surface of the inclined wall surface 92.
