PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a Doppler sound continuously naturally sound and prevent an FFT computation period from getting limited. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic device has an orthogonal detection section 6 generating Doppler component data, a window processing section 10 performing window processing so as to extract a Doppler component data groups whose number of data is larger than a minimum number of data, an FFT processing section 11 carrying out FFT processing of the Doppler component data group in succession, an IFFT processing section implementing IFFT processing of a spectrum obtained, a joining section 15 joining the results of IFFT processing, a Hilbert transform section 17 executing Hilbert transform of the results of joining, speakers 20 and 21 soundingly outputting Hilbert transform signals, a window width control section 22 controlling a window width to make the number of data extracted by window processing to be larger than (2 FFT computation periods/pulse repetition period).
