PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance an entire body by twisting the entire body without deviating the center of the body by standing on a pair of left and right rotary disks while keeping an interval between both feet approximately for the breadth of shoulders and the position of the central axis of the body, and making ankles, knees, the entire pelves, the lumber vertebra and the spinal column flexible and strong by turning shoulders and arms. SOLUTION: A driving belt is bridged for connecting a pair of rotary disks to provide the same action on left and right sides, the rotary disks are made small so that a user can ride thereon while keeping the interval of both the feet approximately for the breadth of shoulders, three rail grooves are provided to be immune to a considerable weight when rotating the disks while standing on the centers thereof, and bearing balls are buried in these rail grooves at equal intervals for smoothly rotating the disks.
