PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heart massaging aid which allows an operator to carry out a push-pull type or an ordinary breast bone pressure type heart massage with one hand effectively by a relatively less force. SOLUTION: The heart massaging aid has a base back plate 1 to be laid on the back of a patient, a post 2 provided at one end thereof and a pressing handle 3 rotatably mounted vertically on the post 2. A fixing means 4 that allows detachable mounting of a press head part 61 of the push-pull heart massaging apparatus is mounted on the press handle 3. The fixing means 4 can be fixed at an arbitrary position of the press handle 3. The press handle 3 is made freely stretchable and moreover, can be fixed at an arbitrary height position of the post 2.
