PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent furniture from falling forward by the shaking of an earthquake by moving a device to enter the front lower side of furniture when the furniture arranged against a wall is shaken by the earthquake and lifted at the front side and enlarging an inclination angle so as to fix the furniture. SOLUTION: An upward U shape furniture front lower edge fitting part 2 with an adhered adhesive sheet 6 on the bottom surface for adhering the front lower edge of the furniture is arranged at the front end of an elevating/ lowering body 1, a base board 8 is provided with an upward front board 9 and a hole 10 for putting through a projected small width restoring part 13 is pierced at the front end of a step shape sliding body 12. A side board 11 is commonly used as a guide and as a horizontal deviation preventer for the step shape sliding body 12. A through-hole is pierced in a support part 12' which is disposed at a part of the sliding body 12, a spring axis 15 is put through the hole, a sliding body spring 16 is mounted on the spring axis 15 at the rear end side of the through-hole, and then, the deviation preventer of the step shape sliding body 12 and an extending/contracting guide of the sliding body spring 16 are constituted through the use of the spring axis 15 and the through-hole.
