PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying E. coli multiple T cell epitope polypeptide in a high purity from E. coli holding the E. coli multiple T cell epitope polypeptide as an inclusion body. SOLUTION: This method for purifying the polypeptide is to extract the inclusion body with guanidine/urea, and then subject the extract under a copper chelate chromatography, an ion-exchange chromatography, and a reverse phase chromatography in that order.
