PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hard labor and associated danger in the working undertaken by attendants concerning an aid table presently proposed as a device that allows bathing persons to be placed smoothly onto a bathing seat lifting or lowering within a bathtub. SOLUTION: A lifting bathing seat mechanism 3 having the bathing seat 5 lifting or lowering driven by a motor is supported so as to be movable between the position corresponding to the bathtub at which the bathing seat 5 faces the bathtub from above on guide rails 35, 36 and 36' and the position outside the bathtub at which the bathing seat 5 is off the bathtub 61. Therefore, while the lifting bathing seat mechanism 3 is moved to the position outside the bathtub, the bathing person is put to sit on the bathing seat and the bathing person is pushed lightly to the bathtub with his legs held up. The lifting bathing seat mechanism 3 moves to the position corresponding to the bathtub until the bathing person comes right above the bathtub so that the bathing seat can be lowered together with the bathing person. This almost eliminates the need for attending work made so as to support the weight of the bathing person. This also requires no work for transferring the bathing persons halfway thereby allowing bringing of the bathing persons into or out of the bathtub 61 easily and in safety. |
